Rick Liang
Audiologist
Rick is an experienced audiologist who joined DWM Audiology in 2026, combining his clinical expertise with a distinguished background as a professional musician. Prior to studying audiology Rick trained as a pianist at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music and holds a Master of Music Performance (Research) and Bachelor of Music (Honours) qualifications.
In 2021, Rick began his transition into audiology, driven by a desire to bring a specialized perspective to clinical practice. After completing his Master of Clinical Audiology, he worked clinically in regional Victoria. Rick is experienced in adult aural rehabilitation, diagnostic assessments for all ages, wax removal, and collaborative management of complex audiological cases alongside Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialists.

Outside of audiology, Rick keeps active in his musical endeavours through teaching, performing, and serving at his local church.
His hobbies include table tennis and basketball, and he enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
