We understand that visiting our clinic isn’t always convenient, which is why we offer a professional home visit service for your audiology needs. Whether you’re at home or in the office, our expert audiologist, Kate Moore, brings high-quality care directly to you.
Our Home Visit Services
Our home visit services are designed to provide the same expert care and personalised attention you’d receive in our clinic.
We offer:

- Hearing aid fittings and adjustments
- Problem-solving for hearing aid issues
We use portable, state-of-the-art equipment calibrated to Australian standards so you can enjoy expert audiology care in the comfort of your own home.
Pricing
Home visit fees range from $60 to $100, depending on your location, plus applicable clinical costs. However, if you are eligible for the Australian Government’s Hearing Services Program or Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), and you live within 20 kilometres of our clinic, your home visit will be free of charge.
